- Incorrect Items: If the item delivered is significantly different from the one ordered, please notify us within 9319-1090-40 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, based on your preference.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Fresh flowers, plants, and perishable gift items that are not defective or incorrect.
- Personalized or customized products.
- Orders where delivery was unsuccessful due to the recipient’s unavailability, incorrect address details, or refusal of the item.

- Once the refund request is approved,The Refunded Amount will be processed and credited within 2 Days to the original mode of payment.
- The delivered product is significantly different from what was ordered.

5. Cancellations and Changes
Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations or modifications requested after this time-frame cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
